Principal Rep and Founder
Rich has had a long career in the outdoor industry, starting his career in retail with time at L.L. Bean, Cabin Fever Outfitters, and EMS before changing over to the Rep arena. He has been representing brands in New England and the Mid-Atlantic since 2007, including The North Face and Grundens. Well-versed in connecting buyers’ wants and needs to actual products, Rich creates a better interaction between vendor and retailers. As an active business driver, he executes initiatives to maintain brand strength, manages the sales team and oversees the entire territory. By constantly seeking new opportunities for growth and market share, Rich understands what it takes to be successful in this territory.

Sales Rep and Business Development Analyst
Starting his career at his local board shop, Jason has worked as a salesperson, buyer, tech rep and sales rep for brands such as Vans, and DC Shoes. This experience has taught him the power of specialty retail to educate customers, create community, and build brands. His goal is to support accounts in those efforts with careful assortment planning, inventory management, and data analysis. Jason enjoys collecting and interpreting data to develop strategies that generate competitive advantage for our dealers and brands.
